At Store Solis, every personalized lamp is custom-made to order. We take pride in creating unique products designed specifically for each customer.

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect customization details provided by the customer

  • Change of mind after an order has been placed

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs, postal services, or carriers

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund, depending on the issue

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded due to the custom nature of the product.

Processing & Shipping Times

Personalized products require production time before shipment.

Estimated processing time: 3–5 business days

Estimated shipping time: 7–15 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
