Shipping Policy for Store Solis

Thank you for shopping at Store Solis! We are proud to offer fully tracked shipping on all custom orders. Because each lamp is custom-made to order, your delivery timeline is split into two phases: Crafting/Processing and Transit.

1. Order Processing & Crafting Time
Every single lamp is individually precision-cut, engraved, and quality-tested. 
* Custom Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your lamp to be crafted before it is dispatched to the courier. 

2. Estimated Shipping & Transit Times
Once your order has been carefully packaged and shipped, typical transit times are as follows:
* Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days.
*Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly based on local customs delays, holidays, or your exact region.*

3. Order Tracking
The moment your custom lamp is handed over to the shipping carrier, an automated email will be sent to you containing a live tracking number and link. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey 24/7. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Store Solis is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
